Principal District and Sessions Judge, Jalgaon

Hon’ble Shri M.Q.S.M. Shaikh has obtained degree in Law from K.B.H.
Law College, Malegaon affiliated to Pune University. He commenced his
legal practice in 2001, at Malegaon and Nashik. He has rendered his
services as a Law Instructor at Maharashtra Police Academy Nashik. He
was selected by the MPSC as Public Prosecutor and as such has rendered
his services, at Dhule. He joined Judiciary as a Direct Judge in the year 2010
and since then has worked as District Judge, at City Civil Court, Mumbai,
Jalgaon, Vaijapur, Member Industrial Court Shandra, Chairman Waqf
Tribunal Aurangabad, Principal District Judge, Ratnagiri and at present
Jalgaon.
